How are you going to ship my order?
We will ship your order by UPS or USPS.

 

What is my shipping charges?
Shipping Charge for Continental United States and International is dependent on the weight. We will do the best to ship at the fastest, lowest cost. Please be advised, international customer are responsible for all customs fees,

 

When is my order shipped?
Your order will usually be shipped the next business day. Custom saddles will take approx. 4 weeks for them to make and get to NJ Horse Tack.

 

How long before my order is delivered?
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. International orders may take a little longer.

 

How do I check the status of my orders?
If you have any question regarding the shipping status of your orders please feel free to email us at

Do you ship Internationally?
YES! we ship most of our products shipped anywhere in the world. Please be advised, international customs are responsible for all customs fees.

 

How much do you charge for other International Orders?

We charge as per the total weight of your purchase and the distance of your destination. We will send you the Shipping & Handling charges over email and will ship your product after your confirmation.

What if I want to return an item?
NJ Horse Tack has a simple return policy. NJ Horse Tack will take back your order if we make a mistake or the item is defective, within 90 days from date of delivery. To return a purchase, please call us at 1-609-456-6868.

Please Note: Custom made saddle are not returnable if you decide you don't like it or it doesn't fit your horse. Please be accurrate with measurements so we get you the saddle you want. Also, we can not take back items that don't fit either you or horse. Shipping costs are high, we would like to keep our costs down by getting you the right item the first time, please make sure you order what you need. If you have a question about a particular item, please email us prior to placing an order.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my credit?
Once a product is received at our distribution center your credit will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping & Handling costs incurred when placing the order and when returning are not refundable.

 

What if the item I ordered got damaged in transit or is defective?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, NJ Horse Tack will send you a replacement provided you contact us within 90 days of receiving the product. The only thing we ask that the defective item be return to NJ Horse Tack.
